International Orthopedic Center

A hopeful potential for a persistent painful spine”

THE PURPOSE
The spine division of the International Orthopedic Center under direction of Dr. Hormoz Zahiri,
an accomplished board-certified orthopedic surgeon, whose focus is on the diagnosis and
treatment of complex and unresolved neck and back injuries that have failed to respond
satisfactorily to all previously received treatments.

Dr. Hormoz Zahiri will break down your treatment plan into 3 steps:

  1. The first step is:
*To perform a comprehensive evaluation of patients suffering from a persistent pain in
their neck or back despite receiving variety of prior treatments.
*To reach a clear-cut diagnosis for their ongoing problem.
*To make the patients fully familiar with the exact cause of their disturbing neck or back
pain and the reason their spine has remained symptomatic despite all the treatments they
    have received.
  2. The second step is to present to the patients the most effective method of treatment or
management of their persistently symptomatic spine based on Dr. Zahiri’s over 50-year of
experience in the treatment and management of complex spine injuries and conditions. A
comprehensive orthopedic report will be provided to the patient reflecting all the findings
    and treatment recommendations.
  3. The third step is to implement the patients’ required treatments under his direct
supervision and treatment until the best level of their recovery is achieved
